Pre-registration is currently open with a deposit of $300 (USD) along with a copy of a valid passport or ID.

Primary Registration Details: Primary registration began on July 27, 2026, with an initial deposit of $4,000 (USD).

 

Hotel Accommodation in Makkah & Madinah

• Makkah Hotel: Hotel Ajwad Ajyad / Lulu Al Azhar – (Approximately an 8-minute walk from Masjid al-Haram) or a similar category hotel.
• Madinah Hotel: Burj Al Marjan International Hotel – (Just a 4-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi) or a similar category hotel.

 

What’s Included in This Hajj Package

Flights and Transportation

• Airfare: Economy class air ticket with direct or connecting flights from major U.S. cities.
• Ground Transportation: Comprehensive transport during Hajj rituals (Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah, Jamarat).
• Special Train Service: Access to the Hajj ritual train service (subject to Saudi authority availability).

Mina Accommodation

• Standard Stay: Comfortable stay in Category “D” tents.
• Upgrade Option: Experience Premium Category ‘A’ Mu’allim service for an additional $2,500 per person.

Food Arrangement

Enjoy three delicious meals daily, prepared with an authentic taste:

• Breakfast: Bread, butter, jam, cornflakes, banana, milk, eggs, and khichuri.
• Lunch & Dinner: Fish, meat, vegetables, and lentils; fresh fruits provided every 3–4 days.

Ziyarah and Religious Visits

• Guided Ziyarah to historical sites in Makkah and Madinah.
• Special arrangement for prayer at Riyazul Jannah in Madinah.
• Visit to Taif from Makkah.
• Tour of important sites in Madinah, including the Battlefield of Badr.

Hajj Training and Religious Guidance

• Pre-Hajj orientation and training sessions conducted by experienced Islamic scholars.
• Continuous religious discussions and Q&A sessions throughout the journey.
• Expert guidance on rituals during the stay in Makkah, Mina, and Arafah.

On-Ground Support and Assistance

• Dedicated Support Team: 15–20 representatives available full-time in Makkah and Madinah to serve pilgrims.
• Emergency Assistance: Dedicated support for transporting sick pilgrims to hospitals or the Hajj Mission if required.

Registration Terms & Conditions

• Pilgrims must carry Saudi Riyals for personal incidental expenses.
• Additional cost required for Qurbani (animal sacrifice).
• Hajj travel must follow the airline’s fixed departure and return schedule.
• Early or late travel requests may be accommodated as a “Short Package” for an additional fee.
• Cancellation Policy: If a pilgrim cancels after registration, the ticket value is refundable only after the Hajj season ends. No refund is applicable once the ticket is issued if the Hajj is canceled.
• During Hajj days, meals and accommodation in Mina are managed by the Saudi Government per their fixed schedule.
• Package costs may be adjusted based on changes in Government policies or significant exchange rate fluctuations.

Direct Supervision and Communication

• Personal Care: Directors of Latif Travels will personally accompany and guide pilgrims throughout the entire journey.
• 24/7 Support: Direct phone support is available at all times for emergencies.
• On-Site Presence: Our team remains active and available at key locations including Mina and Arafah.
