Registration Terms & Conditions

- Scheduling: Travel follows fixed airline schedules. Requests for early or late travel are considered “Short Packages” and may incur additional costs.
- Cancellation Policy: If canceled after registration, only the ticket cost is refundable (processed after Hajj). No refunds apply once the ticket has been issued.
- Policy Adjustments: Package pricing is subject to change based on Saudi/US government policy updates or significant exchange rate fluctuations.
